Jay Carpenter is one of the founding members of HomeQuest Mortgage, in Mesa, Arizona.  He has been helping people of Arizona obtain home ownership for over twenty years.  He has gained his expertise through his direct involvement in funding over $450 Million of residential home loans during this period.

Jay is a member of the Arizona Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business – Finance and a Masters in Business Administration.

Jay is a fourth generation Arizonan. He is a family man who has lived in the East Valley of Metropolitan Phoenix all his life. 

Prior to working in the mortgage industry, Jay, worked for a real estate developer in Scottsdale, Arizona.  For five years he worked in their finance department.  This experience taught him construction lending from a real estate developers perspective.
